第三届谷物科学国际研讨会第二轮通知

3rd International Cereal Science Conference (Second Announcement)

由陕西省谷物科学国际联合研究中心、陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院联合主办，国家燕麦荞麦产业技术体系加工研究室、陕西省科技交流中心（陕西省国际人才交流协会）、陕西学前师范学院承办的第三届谷物科学国际研讨会，将于2026年10月11日至12日在陕西西安举行，主题为“谷物营养健康与绿色智能加工”。目前会议各项筹备工作已基本就绪，大会报告议程现已确定，现将有关事项通知如下。

Sponsored by Shaanxi Province Grain Science International Joint Research Center, Shaanxi Normal University Food Engineering and Nutrition Science College, National Oat Buckwheat Industry Technology System Processing Research Center, Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Exchange Center The 3rd International Symposium on Grain Science organized by Shaanxi Province International Talent Exchange Association and Shaanxi Preschool Teachers College will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province from October 11 to 12, 2026, with the theme of "Grain Nutrition Health and Green Intelligent Processing." At present, all preparations for the conference have been basically completed, and the agenda of the conference report has been confirmed. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
